However if you still have a need to return any of our garments, we try as much as possible to make your return process relatively easy.

 

How to Return

To return a garment, you can reach out to the Divasty team via email or phone to submit your claim. Upon review of your claim and confirmed as valid, you will be asked to send the item back to us by dropping it off at the preferred courier service branch - DHL.

 It is important to include your original invoice in your package. And on the invoice you are required to circle the names of the items you are returning for a refund or exchange. You must also specify if you are returning for a refund or an exchange. If you are exchanging, kindly indicate the new item’s name/number, color and size.

 

 Conditions For Return

  • Customer is responsible for all costs incurred in posting the garment to us.
  • Use the preferred courier service (DHL) for all returns.
  • Have a proof of sending the item to us. Kindly note that we won’t be responsible for any item lost in transit.
  • Merchandise not received would not be recognized or valid for refund, credit or exchange.
  • All returns must be received within 21 days starting from the date of purchase.
  • Item must not be worn outside of the house.
  • Item must be in its original new condition.
  • Item must not be washed.
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all attached tags intact.

 

Non Refundable Items

Hijabs/Scarves have a strict no refund policy due to hygiene-related issues.

 

Return Process (For Non Australia-Based Customers)

If you are outside Australia and would like to return any of your items, kindly contact our Customer Service for help with the return process.

 

Instances For Refund

  • Faulty Product
  • Quality Problem

 

Non-Refundable And Non-Exchangeable Returns

  • Returns received after 30 days of the order shipment date.
  • Returns received in damaged, altered or worn conditions, without tags or original packaging

 

Refunds would be provided either via store credit or bank transfer. It will take between 4-6 days for any refund to take place.

 

Do note that we reserve the option of declining to refund or exchange items that do not meet our conditions for return.

 

Refusing to Receive A Shipped Order

 

Kindly note that it is obligatory for all customers to accept their orders once shipped. In the event whereby a customer fails to receive, shows no response to the courier company, or refuses to receive order at the country of destination for any reason, the parcel shall be return to Divasty.

 

Divasty, hereby, reserves the right to deduct the following fees from the buyer;

  • Shipping Charges (Both to and from).
  • Any duties imposed at the country of destination and country of origin.

 

The excess amount will be duly refunded to the customer.
