  • Divasty customers agree to purchase goods specified in sale upon submission of an order on the website.
  • Divasty obtains full payment at point of sale.
  • Divasty accepts full responsibility of order shipment upon receipt of payment.
  • Divasty will inform customers before shipment in the rare occasion whereby the goods ordered are out of stock or unavailable. Customers have the option of claiming a refund or to exchange with another item.
  • Divasty enable customers to cancel any sale and claim a full refund for any reason, but only prior to shipment of the goods.

 

 

Terms & Condition - Shipment

 

  • Customers are to claim responsibility for their country’s custom department imposed charges including the payment of customs, taxes or duties that may be associated to the goods purchased.
  • Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address and all other necessary information provided at the point of purchase.
  • Divasty will send a replacement of goods in a rare situation whereby the shipping address is correct but the shipment is not received by the customer.

  • Divasty is responsible for ensuring the shipment sent to customers are free of any defect and matches the size, color, quantity and description provided at the time of purchase.
  • Customers are to notify Divasty within 5 business days of any shipment that fails to conform to what was given in their order.
  • Divasty will replace or refund customers at its own expense any good that is defective or fails to conform to the size, color, quantity and description provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
